The thirst is real.
Britney is currently recording her ninth studio album, dubbed B9, and is working with DJ Mustard, Justin Tranter and Julia Michaels. The latter two co-wrote Selena Gomez's "Good For You" and Justin Bieber's "Sorry," and this new clip uploaded out of nowhere is thought by fans who believe its authenticity to be their work.
We're having major doubts this recording is new Britney – more like a handful of words edited from previous songs and spliced together.
However, we couldn't take the risk of not sharing:
Several weeks ago, someone who claims to “work for a company who works with her team and herself,” said the album is unfinished, but they’re planning the single release.
They added Britney and her team know the fans didn’t particularly care for Britney Jean and “Pretty Girls,” so she’s asking the producers every step of the way: “will my fans like this?”
